Merchandising Services Provider
Incorporated in Year 2004, Asian Express is a one stop service provider. We provide merchandising services in relation to the Client’s portfolio of product.
We provide Travel Retail Marketing solutions to our clients with services such as candidate recruitment, maintaining planograms, monitoring inventory level at store and warehouse, ensuring timely monthly orders and reporting on sales depletion by location on a monthly basis.
Currently, we have 30 brand ambassadors in KLIA & KLIA2 and Langkawi.

Our services
We disburse salaries / remunerations in accordance with Malaysia Statutory Law.
Value Added Services
- Application and renewal of Airport Pass
- Managing roster (Annual Leave / Medical Leave / Public Holidays).
- Collating BA’s feedback for monthly reporting.
- Daily stocks and gift with purchase (GWP) stock requisition from Store to Shop.
- Carrying out promotions in line with brand image.
- Checking of stocks level in store and liaise appropriate with the account management to ensure stock control and availability in store at all time.
- Merchandising/maintaining planogram.
- Ensuring cleanliness of merchandising space.
- Calculations and disbursement of sales / commission / salaries including statutory compliance e.g., EPF/SOCSO/EIS/Income Tax etc.
- To assist brand owners in product Training / Grooming course etc.
- Monitoring and maintaining an inventory at store and warehouse level, and providing a report of the Inventory on a monthly basis.
- we also provide logistics arrangements (storage & delivery to KLIA) for GWPs, Testers, Samples, Acrylic Standees etc.
